CHecklist for Successful Drive
Share Your Why
Personalize your drive by sharing why you are passionate about ending diaper need. People give when they connect to your personal mission and the real impact on local families.
Hang Flyers and Yard Signs
Post flyers and yard signs in high-traffic spots, like lobbies, break rooms, front desks, and community boards, so people see your drive details every day.
Make it Easy
Place donation boxes in easily accessible locations and place table tents at registers or other frequented spot.
Complete Outreach to Your Network
Send a final reminder to your email list, social followers, and group chats so everyone knows when and how to give before your drive ends.
Promote Often
Use the sample posts and story instructions to share progress updates. Consistent posting throughout October keeps the drive top-of-mind.
Celebrate Results
When the drive ends, celebrate the total number of diapers collected with your supporters!
Report Totals
Ensure all diapers are dropped off by early November and report final counts by November 15th to count toward our 400,000 goal.
